Philips wins 2017 Category Leader Award during the 2017 HIMSS Conference

São Paulo, Brasil – The American research and insights company KLAS honored Philips during the HIMSS 2017 Conference & Exhibition in Florida. HIMSS is the largest healthcare IT conference in the world with more than 80,000 participants. Tasy, a health management software from Philips was recognized by KLAS for the second consecutive year for its good performance within its large customer base in Latin America.

Tasy was highlighted at the “Global Patient Administration Systems – Latin America” category. KLAS Global Category Leader awards are divided into three main categories, EMR (Eletronic Medical Record), PAS (Patient Administration System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and the award is based on feedback from health institutions professional from all over the world, that share information and experience of health technology usage with KLAS.
